PROFILE
Jason has been a keen photographer since the age of eight, at this age he moved to Maidstone with his parents in 1979, with local motor sport venue Brands Hatch a short journey up the road he attended numerous meetings at weekends and was soon purchasing his first 35mm SLR after seeing his father with his Canon AE-1 (still going strong to this day). It was his dream back then to be a professional photographer.
Skip to February 2005 and Jason set up his own photography business, he left the car trade with which he had been involved with for over ten years to go freelance and his love of cars and photography ironically gave him his first commercial commissions with sponsors of the racing teams he was following around the country. Since his short time as a professional freelance photographer he has covered work for Canon, Chelsea Flower Show, Guardian newspaper and the Tour De France. In October 2008 he launched his first published book which covered a day in the life of Canterbury Cathedral, their was national coverage of his book and exhibition and he was shown on BBC & Meridian TV as well as local press and Digital Pro magazine who covered a feature on Jason's year long project.
Carzpix is an automotive based photography business, we cover events for car dealers, car clubs, motor sport events as well as under taking private commissions for customers of their own cars.
Carzpix also specialise in bespoke artwork which are available to buy in a range of stunning limited edition canvases and fine art prints. Carzpix also covers work across the automotive industry for dealers advertising, brochures and marketing purposes.
Carzpix had its official launch on October 30th at Brands Hatch Morgan's showroom in Borough Green, Kent.
