I arrived mid morning at the dealership, I had intended to come up earlier the month but due to the snow (not good conditions for any super car!) today was the earliest that I could cover the photography for the dealership, the snow had only just disappeared as well from the area. On site was the new Aston Martin Rapide as Aston's UK sales manager was visiting the dealership, the car looks great and will certainly be contending with the likes of Bentley, Porsche and Maserati's saloons. As well as covering some photography for the dealership the aim today was to get a library of images of various Aston's and to select a few for the exhibition next month. We took out a DBS and a Vantage, great looking cars but completely different cars in terms of performance and looks. I covered a variety of abstract and portraits of the cars and was also able to take some close up photos of the stunning Lamborghini LP 670 SV, it was finished in a mix of graphite and carbon fibre and looked amazing. Set back to Canterbury just after 3pm.
